Rick Wakeman

Rick Wakeman is a renowned keyboard player and composer, best known for being part of the legendary progressive rock band Yes.

He was a pioneer of the use of electronic keyboards and is well known for his eccentric solo performances, having pushed the boundaries of performance over the years.  He has built well deserved respect over the years and is often considered to be one of the best rock keyboardists of all time.

Along with the numerous releases with Yes he has recorded and released a plethora of solo albums over the years.

It’s been said that Rick couldn't read a book without wanting to turn it into a musical.  He embarked on a series of solo projects which have become legendary.  He is certainly a master of his art, pushing the boundaries of live music performance, on occasion combining the unusual mix of a full orchestra alongside a rock band.
